Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a project engineering or project management role.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an Engineering role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Passionate fresh graduates can also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and coordinate Mechanical/Electrical services across project stages.
• Assist in preparation of HVAC, exhaust and utility layout drawings.
• Assist in load calculation and equipment selection.
• Prepare technical submissions for consultant/client review.
• Collate and prepare reports, papers and proposals.
• Assist in tender submission and specification review.
• Assist in authority submission and document preparation.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers; attend site meetings; monitor progress.

Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Proven experience in a project engineering or project management role

Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software

At least 1-2 years of experience in an Engineering role

Tasks & responsibilities

Highly involve in develop, design and coordinate Mechanical / Electrical engineering services across all project stages for installations, systems, equipment and facilities

Assist in preparation of HVAC, exhaust and utility layout drawings

Assist in load calculation and equipment selection

Prepare technical submissions for consultant/client review

To collate and prepare necessary reports, papers and proposals

Assist in tender submission and specification review

Assist in authority submission and document preparation

Assist in coordinating contractors and suppliers, attending site meetings when required, monitoring project progress, and supporting testing and commissioning documentation to ensure smooth project execution
