Qualifications

• Experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives and Cleared OTC derivatives is required.
• Strong understanding of operational processing in Clearing Broker for Listed and OTC Cleared Products.
• Attention to detail with a hands-on approach to process improvement.
• Ability to follow escalation frameworks across operations.
• Strong communication skills for local and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform intersystem break investigations and reconciliation discrepancy queries.
• Provide support to minimize risks (stock/inter-system breaks).
• Identify control deficiencies and propose improvements.
• Assist supervisors to implement gap solutions.
• Support operation leads or counterparties to resolve breaks.
• Escalate timely for issues that may cause near misses or financial loss.
• Monitor changes affecting BAU (UAT, platform upgrades, upstream system changes).
• Contribute to decision making on changes impacting BAU activities.
