DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER - BASED IN JOHOR

• Manage the project site by overseeing day‑to‑day operations of all M&E scope matters, including testing and commissioning of all systems at the project site.
• Attend site meetings with owners/clients, consultants, and contractors on matters related to project operations and trade coordination.
• Create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and plan to ensure on‑time job delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safe working methods, environments, quality control, and quality assurance at the project site.
• Manage risks in the assigned project and minimize project costs.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master’s degree, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• 6 years and above of working experience in mechanical/electrical construction field.
• Computer literate and proficient in using project management software.
• Willing to travel within Johor, depending on management’s arrangement.
• Knowledge in project management activities such as planning, attending meetings, maintaining project records/correspondences, reporting, scheduling, cost control, risk management, etc.
• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision.
