Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Deputy Manager - Internal Audit for a leading oleochemicals manufacturer in Malaysia. You will lead the internal audit team, ensure compliance with policies, and help shape the annual audit plan.

The role requires a degree in accountancy, business, economics or ACCA/CIMA, and at least five years of internal audit experience. You will mentor staff, track schedules, and handle special assignments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or ACCA/CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years internal audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the audit team per annual plan.
• Develop the annual audit plan and address requests from Internal Audit.
• Mentor and train staff.
• Track audit schedules, progress, and administrative tasks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Handle additional tasks and special assignments as needed.
