Job summary

DHL eCommerce Malaysia is seeking a Depot Supervisor to oversee inbound operations at the Subang depot and ensure timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of shipments to customers.

The role requires 2–3 years of operations experience, strong people management skills, and knowledge of courier/shipment processes. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred, with a focus on maintaining SOPs and efficient depot performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of operations experience, preferably in logistics or transport.
• Experience managing a small team and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of courier/express shipment processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations and ensure timely, accurate shipment delivery.
• Coordinate sorting, zone assignments, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor daily scans, verify pre-alerts, and manage exceptions.
• Lead daily briefings and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to depot staff.
• Ensure safe, secure, and cost-efficient depot operations.
