Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in logistics/transport operations, plus proven people-management skills and knowledge of courier/shipment processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years operations experience, preferably within transportation or logistics industry.
• Good knowledge of courier / express shipment management and delivery process flow.
• People management experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Coordinate parcel processing and plan courier zone assignments.
• Monitor daily scans and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead staff briefings and manage performance against targets.
• Ensure safe, secure, and profitable deliveries.
