Job summary

Klinik Pergigian Ven Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Surgery Assistant to join our Seremban-based clinic. You will support dentists during procedures, prepare rooms, sterilise instruments, and manage patient flow, including check-in and insurance verification.

Fluency in English and Malay is preferred, and previous dental clinic experience is advantageous but not essential. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative team environment focused on patient care.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Surgery Assistant to join our team at Klinik Pergigian Ven Dental. This is a full-time position based in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental practitioners and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical environment. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining the efficiency of our dental practice. What you'll be doing

• Assisting dentists during clinical procedures by passing instruments and materials as required
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising dental instruments according to infection control protocols
• Taking and processing dental radiographs (X-rays) under the supervision of qualified dental professionals
• Managing patient flow and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Performing basic administrative tasks including patient check-in and insurance verification
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment in accordance with dental health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members
• Proficiency in using computer systems (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Malay (preferred)
• Previous experience working in a dental clinic is advantageous but not essential for candidates with relevant qualifications and enthusiasm
