A local dental clinic in Negeri Sembilan is seeking an administrative assistant to manage appointments, patient records, and customer interactions. The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, basic IT proficiency, and ideally some prior experience in a dental environment. This position offers a monthly salary aligned with industry standards, complemented by a dynamic working atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments for all dentists
- Registering new patients and updating existing patients’ details
- Payment collection and dispensing of medications
- Attend to walk-in customers and answering phone calls, messages, emails etc
- Housekeeping duties in maintaining cleanliness of the clinic
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- IT savy (basic MS words, emails)
- Previous experience in dental setting will be plus point
