Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM and 1 to 3 years' experience as Dental Aide /Assistant.
• A mix of clinical tasks, people skills, and office organization.
• Able to concentrate and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Prepares patients for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting seating and draping patients.
• Hand dental instruments to dentist in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions for patients undergoing general or local anesthesia.
• Clean, pack and sterilize instruments used after treatment.
• Maintain and restock dental materials.
• Infor counter person patient next appointment.
• Pour and trim models.
• Mail out and check in cases.
