The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years as a cook in a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant, plus HACCP knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for hospitality that shines in every guest stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a Cook in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
• At least 1 year as a Commis I in an international brand hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Up to date with sanitation regulations and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great-tasting dishes according to standard recipes.
• Supervise line cooks and provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
• Ensure food quality and proper storage/stock rotation.
• Assist with controlling food costs and improving gross margins.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and positive leadership.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
