Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Route Planner to organize daily driver delivery routes and optimize routes for efficiency and cost savings. You will monitor and update the Transport Management System (TMS) daily and ensure accurate updates to the in-house system.

Collaborating with warehouse, operations, and drivers, you will track delivery progress, resolve routing issues, and prepare daily reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years in logistics / transport planning is an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS) (preferred).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and plan daily delivery routes for drivers.
• Optimize routes for efficiency and cost-saving purposes.
• Monitor and update the Transport Management System (TMS) on a daily basis.
• Ensure in-house website / internal system is updated accurately and timely.
• Track delivery progress and resolve routing issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to Management in a timely manner.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
