Job summary

SUNSHINE KINGDOM Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced driver for 3-ton lorries based in Puchong. Responsibilities include delivering stocks, picking up from suppliers, loading/unloading, and maintaining vehicles. You must be able to travel outstation, lift heavy objects, and have a valid GDL license.

Waze/Maps usage is required and a clean record is essential. Candidate should be disciplined, punctual, and capable of handling outstation deliveries across Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM
• GDL license is required
• At least 1 year experience driving a 3-ton lorry
• Must be able to travel outstation
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• No history of drug abuse or criminal record
• Able to use Waze and Google Maps on a mobile device

Responsibilities

• Deliver stocks or goods to customers in Klang Valley and outstation.
• Pick up stocks from suppliers.
• Load and unload stocks and goods.
• Ensure delivered quantities match DO or delivery documents.
• Counter-check delivery quantity with customers.
• Plan daily delivery schedule and routes.
• Ensure DO/delivery documents are accepted and passed to accounts/admin.
• Clean lorry/van weekly.
• Maintain lorries including reminders for maintenance/Insurance/Road tax.
• Occasionally perform basic merchandise of stocks at customer retail.
• Upkeep of warehouse in good and tidy condition.
• Assist in packing as required.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Responsibility

• Delivery of stocks or goods to customers in various location in Klang Valley and outstation.

• Pick up of stocks or goods from supplier.

• Loading and unloading of stocks and goods.

• Ensure quantity of stocks delivered are tie with DO or delivery documents.

• Counter check the delivery quantity with customers at their receiving department.

• Plan and arrange the daily delivery schedule in accordance to the optimal route and priority.

• Ensure all DO/ delivery documents are well accepted by customers and pass to the accounts/admin department.

• Clean up lorry and van on weekly basis.

• Ensure lorry / van are well maintained including reminder to supervisor/ admin on maintenance schedule/Insurance/Road tax and etc.

• Occasionally perform basic merchandise of stocks at customer retail.

• Upkeep of warehouse in good and tidy condition.

• Assist in packing as and when required.
