Job summary

Gen is seeking a Data Scientist to develop data solutions that drive critical day-to-day business decisions. You will apply analytics, experimentation and machine learning to support MoneyLion’s products with data-backed decisions and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver tangible business value.

You will design, validate and monitor experiments, unify data sources, and help scale AI-enabled insights across product lines. A strong foundation in statistics, ML, and programming is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, statistical or actuarial background.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation framework preferred.
• Adept at problem solving using various approaches.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and ML algorithms advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
