Job summary

Gen is seeking a Data Scientist to build data-driven solutions that empower critical day-to-day business decisions. You will apply analytics, experimentation and ML to support MoneyLion products with data-backed decisions, embedded in product teams and aimed at increasing revenue and reducing costs.

You will design, develop, validate, deploy and monitor experiments, partnering with Product, Data Engineers and ML teams to advance AI-enabled analytics and configurable experiments across the

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, statistical or actuarial background.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation framework is preferred.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, software architecture and machine learning algorithms will be an advantage.
• Demonstrably experienced with data visualization
• Demonstrably excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses to understand how users interact with products and how to improve them.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify anomalies and investigate their root causes.
• Design and build experiments to solve data and business problems.
