Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Debug/Test Technician (Fresh graduate/Functional Test/RF/AOI/SPI) to operate production test equipment, troubleshoot defects, and support documentation and training. The role requires a Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering and the ability to work day/night shifts.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will perform field board debugging, WIP inventory checks, and assist with engineering change orders while maintaining test

Responsibilities

• Operate production test equipment and monitor performance/yield.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective products; assist with debugging to component level.
• Debug WIP inventory and support engineering change orders.
• Develop/maintain documentation for training purposes.
• Provide maintenance for test equipment and reactive support.

Job description

Debug/Test Technician (Fresh graduate/Functional Test/ RF/ AOI/ SPI)

Responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products, maintain test equipment, monitor test performance and yield information, and provide technical support to other focus factory personnel.

Assembly/system level troubleshooting to component level

Field board debugging and analyzing failure boards.

Debug WIP inventory control.

Support implementation of engineering change orders

Operate test equipment (may include flying probe, In-circuit test, functional)

Support the development of documentation for operational or technical training

Support reactive maintenance (test equipment)

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

A qualified candidate must be willing to work shifts (day and night shift rotation)

Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication Engineering with at least 1 year of Debug/ Functional Test experience.

Knowledge in circuit analysis of schematic diagrams (Digital and Analog).

Strong knowledge in Functional Test (FT) and debug.
