Job summary

IoTronix Technologies Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a hands-on Inventory & Maintenance Technician responsible for spare parts management, fixture maintenance, and production-testing support in a fast-growing PCB assembly environment.

You will maintain maintenance ledgers, inspect incoming stock, manage storage locations, contribute to 5S and security audits, and help improve testing fixtures and fixture-related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts management is preferred.
• Familiar with inventory control and stock checking.
• Knowledge of 5S principles and workplace security audits.
• Experience with PCBA/SMT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts orders and follow-up.
• Repair, upgrade, and maintain testing fixtures.
• Debug, inspect, and maintain fixtures.
• Test fixtures at production site and analyze maintenance.
• Update and manage the fixture maintenance ledger.
• Follow up on commissioning and acceptability of new fixtures.
• Maintain abnormal fixtures and provide feedback.
• Create and manage spare parts application plans.
• Set up spare parts storage locations and conduct inbound inspections.
• Oversee warehouse, spare parts, fixtures, consumables, and golden boards.
• Provide data-driven suggestions and ensure data accuracy.
• Support 5S and security audit issues.
• Track fixed assets inventory.

Job description

1. Responsible for the management and follow-up of spare parts for automation equipment used in daily operations.

2. Repair, upgrade, maintenance, etc. of testing fixtures.

3. Responsible for debugging, inspecting, and maintaining testing fixtures.

4. Production site testing fixtures, maintenance analysis, improvement, and upkeep.

5. Update and manage the fixture maintenance ledger.

6. Follow up on the commissioning and acceptance of new fixtures at the factory, as well as the improvement of testing fixtures.

7. Maintenance and feedback of abnormal fixtures.

8. Responsible for spare parts application plan.

9. Responsible for setting up spare parts storage locations, inspecting spare parts upon arrival, conducting incoming inspections and conducting inventory checks.

10. Responsible for warehouse management, spare parts management, fixture management, consumables management, golden board management, etc.

11. Responsible for providing suggestions and feedback on spare parts information, and ensuring the

accuracy of data.

12.5S/Security Audit Issues.

13. Fixed asset inventory.

Experience in handling PCBA & SMT is a plus.
