Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Database Solution Architect to design and deliver cloud-based PostgreSQL solutions for APAC customers. You will guide migrations and modernization initiatives, enhancing performance, security, and scalability across database platforms.

You will collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure successful implementations and provide strategic roadmaps that maximize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL architecture, administration, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and implementing database solutions on public cloud platforms, notably AWS.
• Knowledge of migration, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset to lead discussions, influence decisions, and drive successful customer outcomes.
