Job summary
SoftwareOne Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Consultant to design and deliver scalable cloud solutions for enterprise clients, driving transformation and modernization initiatives.
You will engage in workshops, shape cloud architectures, support migrations, and collaborate with delivery teams to implement DevOps, automation, APIs, and containerization.
Qualifications
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP exposure beneficial).
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures including APIs, microservices, and containerization.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (networking, storage, compute, virtualization).
- Experience supporting DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with application development technologies (Java/J2EE or .NET) and integration patterns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

You will be part of our Cloud Services team, working with enterprise clients to design and deliver cloud solutions across multiple industries. The team focuses on cloud transformation, application modernization, and infrastructure optimization.
The Cloud Consultant supports the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise cloud solutions. The role contributes to translating business requirements into technical solutions, enabling successful cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
