Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, CS, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Foundational SQL skills and data analysis concepts.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, or similar.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools or scripting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, Power BI and CRM.
- Build, maintain, and prepare data to support reporting and analytics.
- Support analytics solutions and data structures and provide user training.
- Assist in implementing and enhancing business systems and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure accurate analytics.
