Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years in telecommunications with hands-on core network ops and support.
• Strong expertise in core network technologies (OSS, CS/IMS, UDM, SPS/DRA).
• Experience with multi-vendor environments across Ericsson, Huawei, and ZTE.

Responsibilities

• Governance and operations of nationwide data and signalling platforms to ensure stability and performance.
• Enforce change management processes, review MOPs, and coordinate planned activities to minimize outages.
• Monitor and enforce vendor SLA compliance, coordinate incident response, and manage escalations.
