Job summary

Human Dynamics Consulting is seeking a Data Scientist to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and build predictive models.

The role requires strong Python skills, knowledge of ML techniques, and experience with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik. You will present results to stakeholders and help deploy data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist across relevant industries.
• Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language.
• Familiarity with statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Basic experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
• Analytical, Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in learning and growing in the field of data science.

Responsibilities

• Extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Develop, validate and deploy predictive models and algorithms using statistical and AI/machine learning methods.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Implement data-driven solutions in various environments, including integration with existing systems and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in data science and bring new ideas and technologies to the team.
• Monitor the performance of deployed models together with algorithms and optimize as needed
