Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law or related field with interest in data privacy and compliance.
• Strong legal research ability and clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Policy and procedure updates: review and update data privacy policies and guidelines.
• Legal research: monitor latest developments affecting data privacy and regulatory changes.
• Content drafting: prepare communications on data privacy matters for company-wide use.
• Governance and compliance support: assist in monitoring and reporting.
• Form and template management: update forms to ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
