Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive complex data migration programmes from assessment through stabilisation. You will coordinate technical teams, stakeholders and dependencies, ensuring cutover readiness and robust governance across waves.

The ideal candidate has proven track record in data engineering, ETL, RAID management and delivery governance, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Banking project experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Job description

Primary Scope: Migration planning, workstream leadership, technical coordination, RAID, cutover, stakeholder and delivery management.

Lead the delivery of complex data migration workstreams, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, cutover readiness and programme governance from assessment through stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated migration plans covering assessment, design, build, test, rehearsal, cutover and stabilisation.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues and decisions (RAID).
• Coordinate architects, data engineers, ETL specialists, testers, governance teams, platform operations and client stakeholders.
• Track workload migration status, blockers, quality gates and readiness across migration waves.
• Lead governance meetings, status reporting, action tracking and escalation management.
• Plan cutover activities, command-centre coordination, rollback criteria and post-migration support.
• Ensure deliverables, documentation, approvals and acceptance criteria are completed on time.
• For Technical Lead assignments, provide hands‑on technical direction and challenge design or implementation decisions where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading enterprise data migration, data-platform modernisation or complex technology delivery programmes.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL, testing, infrastructure and migration lifecycle concepts.
• Demonstrated experience with RAID management, delivery governance, cutover planning and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, engineering, security and operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery approaches depending on programme needs.
• Banking or financial‑services project experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred / Advantageous

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent delivery certification.
• Experience managing Cloudera-to-Databricks, Hadoop modernisation or cloud-data migration programmes.
• Experience leading multi‑vendor or regional delivery teams.
