Qualifications

• 10-12 years of IT experience as a Technical Lead or Data Migration Lead.
• Experience with large-scale data migration in the Insurance domain.
• Ability to design reusable, scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data migration analysis and create migration strategy.
• Work closely with Data owners and Application teams to define the migration strategy.
• Manage the entire data migration delivery from source and target side.
