Job summary

Mondelez Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Data Management Business Partner on an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Selangor. You will collaborate with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and ensure commitments are met, serving as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in shared services environments.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Adaptability to changing environments and use of initiative.
• Data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Experience with KPIs, managerial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support on issues and challenges in shared services processes and with third-party suppliers.
• Drive internal and external continuous improvement initiatives.
• See business projects through to completion and share best practices.
• Support operational processes by meeting KPI targets and providing reporting.
