OCBC is recruiting for an Account Services Officer in Malaysia. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
You will work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and look for opportunities to improve processes. A degree in business or finance and at least 2 years in customer service are expected.
