Job summary

Coway Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to own full product lifecycle management across assigned categories, driving profitability and market relevance. You will lead cross-functional teams in launches, improvements, and end-of-cycle actions, leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

The role requires strong forecasting, stakeholder management, and collaboration with R&D, marketing, procurement, and sales to deliver competitive product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related fields.
• Professional certifications in Data Analytics or Product Management are an added advantage.
• 3-10 years of experience in product strategy/management, business analysis, or strategic planning.
• Experience with household or home appliances is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage full product lifecycle for assigned categories from launch to end-of-cycle.
• Lead category projects, launches, improvements, and end-of-cycle actions.
• Identify, evaluate, and source new products for market introduction with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Own P&L, monitor revenue, margins, and cost structures for profitability.
• Develop accurate sales, revenue, and demand forecasts.
