ONNEC Group in Johor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead large-scale hyperscale data centre projects on a full-time, site-based basis. You will manage a team of supervisors and engineers, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will maintain project documentation, update progress reports, control materials and stock, and liaise with clients to capture requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate site-based engineering teams.
• Strong work ethic; highly motivated and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of structured cabling installation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in IT industry, specifically data centre installations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site activities and supervise engineers.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate material ordering and stock management.
• Prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.
