Job summary

Shinsung E&G Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an experienced Safety Health Officer (SHO) Manager to lead safety compliance for a high-tech Data Centre construction project in Puncak Alam.

The role requires active DOSH registration, a Green Book, and at least 3 years on-site experience, preferably on data centre or complex manufacturing projects. Salary ranges RM6,000–RM9,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Green Book certification with DOSH as a Safety and Health Officer (OYK-SHO)
• Minimum of 3+ years of active site experience after Green Book
• Data Centre or high-tech manufacturing project exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Regulatory liaison with DOSH, DOE, and CIDB to ensure site compliance
• Oversee contractor EHS programs and pre-onboarding safety reviews
• Lead hazard identification, site inspections, and safety audits
• Design and deliver health, safety, and environmental training and toolbox talks

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Science
