Job summary

JAC Recruitment's client in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned IT/Data Centre professional to manage ITSM tools, support staff, and provide technical training. The role requires strong governance of change and incident processes, plus oversight of physical security measures.

You will drive change management through CAB meetings, coordinate incident responses, and monitor security controls while coordinating with outsourced vendors to ensure continuous, secure service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related Engineering/IT field.
• Certified ITIL, CDCP, or CDCS or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a data centre environment related to physical security or Data Centre Network layer 1/2 deployment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in related Engineering/IT courses Certified practitioner of ITIL, CDCP, CDCS or equivalent. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in working in Data centre environment related to physical security or Data Centre Network layer 1/2 deployment.
• Experience in project manage web portal development and understand IT related deployment.
• Familiar or proven track record in leading certification programs, including ISO/ISMS 27001, BCP related certification.
