Job summary

C&W Services (S) invites a qualified EHS Manager to lead safety across our upcoming Data Centre project in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, implement, and oversee HSE programs tailored to mission-critical environments, ensuring compliance and safe operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in HSE, with strong leadership and training skills. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and management to continually improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in data centre or construction.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and standards for data centre projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to ensure safety.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training programs.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and report performance to senior management.
• Promote proactive safety culture across the organisation.
