Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, and emergency response for electrical/HVAC systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations and identify risks.
• Optimize control strategies for energy efficiency improvement.
• Participate in design reviews and equipment acceptance testing.
• Mentor new team members and manage supplier relationships.
