Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the data center operations and maintenance in Sedenak, Johor.

You will ensure reliable building services, supervise technicians, and coordinate with clients to uphold service standards. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management with at least 3 years in a similar environment, strong communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years direct industry experience.
• Preference for data center, hospital, pharmaceutical production or power plant experience.
• Excellent communication with client and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and repair of building facilities to support DC daily critical operations.
• Foster a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to quality, health & safety and environmental policies.
• Produce monthly executive reports to clients and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Travel overseas for work when necessary or requested by supervisor/head of department.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors to ensure work meets client standards and regulatory requirements.
