Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / building services engineering or related field.
• 1 year of experience in facilities management, engineering or building services preferred.
• Knowledge of data centre mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC and related systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all MEP systems within the data centres.
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and security systems run reliably.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with shift teams for 24/7 coverage and smooth handovers.
• Plan maintenance, upgrades and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for projects.
• Maintain documentation to support audits and certifications.
• Evaluate systems and analyze data to improve operations.
