Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an EHS Manager for data centre operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards are met within the data centre environment.

The candidate will develop and implement EHS policies, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations, while providing training and liaising with authorities to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in data centres or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and codes.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records.
