Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Capacity Delivery APAC CDS seeks a Controls Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to deploy and service building automation systems, such as BMS and EPMS, across our data centers. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure health, reliability, and efficiency of critical facilities.

We value hands-on experience in data center engineering, vendor management, and project delivery, with the ability to travel and collaborate globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center or other critical environment experience.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of data center controls, on time, with effective management of vendors to ensure minimal defects at PFHO.
• Delivery of critical projects to upgrade data center automation.
• Service and support provided to partner teams, diagnosing and resolving operational issues.
• Resolution of tasks within SLAs.
• Delivery of initiatives to improve data center efficiency and procedures.
