Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a CSA Inspector/Clerk of Works for data centre construction in JB to monitor on-site work, verify against architectural and structural drawings, and ensure strict data centre standards and high-quality finishes.

You will oversee foundations, building envelopes and interior works, coordinate with consultants, contractors and PMC teams, report progress with photographs and documentation, and identify and close non-conformances (NCRs).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–8+ years CSA supervision experience, preferably in data centre or mission-critical facilities or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM models, structural drawings, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Site Inspection: Monitor daily construction for adherence to architectural drawings, structural specs and local building codes.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Identify, report and close non-conformances (NCRs) regarding workmanship and materials.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with consultants, contractors and PMC teams to report progress, documentation and site issues.
• Project Specifics: Oversee complex structural elements and architectural detailing for mission-critical facilities.
