Job summary

AG STAFFING in JB, Malaysia, seeks a CSA Inspector/Clerks of Works for data centre construction to monitor, inspect, and verify on-site work ensuring compliance with drawings, structural integrity, and high-quality finishes.

The role covers foundations, building envelopes, and interior finishes critical for mission‑critical facilities, with responsibilities including site inspections, QA/QC, and progress reporting with photographic documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–8+ years in CSA supervision, ideally with experience in data centre construction, mission-critical facilities or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM models, structural drawings, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Site Inspection: Monitor daily construction for adherence to architectural drawings, structural specs, and local building codes.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Identify, report, and close non-conformances (NCRs) regarding workmanship and materials.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and PMC teams to report on progress, photographic documentation, and site issues.
• Project Specifics: Oversee complex structural elements (high-loading floors) and architectural detailing tailored for mission-critical facilities.
