Job summary

PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor (Electrical) / Mechanical Supervisor (ACMV) to lead daily site activities for data center projects. You will coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of Electrical, Mechanical, and ACMV installations in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Electrical, Mechanical, ACMV, or HVAC site supervision.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical facilities, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in ACMV/HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, TRACE 700.
• Fresh candidates with strong site supervision experience may be considered for junior positions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and ACMV systems.
• Good understanding of construction activities, site coordination, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Electrical, Mechanical, and ACMV works at project sites.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and per project requirements.
• Track project progress, identify site issues, and implement corrective actions to meet schedules.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of ACMV/HVAC systems.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and site activities.
• Support project handover, audits, inspections, and commissioning activities.
