Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Passion for numbers, reporting, dashboards, and problem solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large sets of business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights for management.
• Monitor business performance and key metrics.
• Support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
• Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work on real business challenges where numbers matter.
