Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Data Analyst to support data cleansing, enrichment, reconciliation, and bulk data updates across internal systems. You will leverage Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and readiness for migrations.

You will collaborate with technology and operations teams, manage multiple data-related activities, and help maintain data integrity while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Snowflake and Alteryx.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write and work with complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data migration, data cleansing, data quality, or data transformation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile account, entitlement, and user data with Salesforce to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Utilize Snowflake and Alteryx to extract, analyze, cleanse, transform, and prepare data.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support data migration and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Manage multiple data-related activities while ensuring timely delivery.
