Taner Industrial Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a data analyst to identify patterns in data and support strategic decisions. You will develop reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

You will propose digital solutions to optimize reporting and planning, and assist in ERP implementations. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer-related fields, 2+ years in business/systems analysis, and strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in computer related field or equivalent with emphasis in software application development.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
• Understanding of technologies and the software development process.
• Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Exceptional communications, organisational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Essentials tools knowledge - PowerBI Report & Microsoft Power Automate.

Aufgaben

• To identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets to assess meaning of data and support decision making in business.
• Data extraction, analysis, and verification of data accuracy - reporting data inconsistencies appropriately.
• To create reports, dashboards and visualisation for the management stating trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data.
• Propose the best digital solution to optimize the reporting and planning process.
• Understand and review current business process flow and assist in ERP or any other system implementation.
• To design and create professional BI reports to deliver the insightful information (KPIs, charts, etc.)
• To ensure the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of data analysis.
