Job summary

Mosca Malaysia is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across Operations, Finance and Commercial. You will help create and maintain dashboards and reporting models, integrating ERP and CRM systems to replace fragmented Excel workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of data analysis experience, with strong English communication and an analytical, proactive work style in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.

• Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support reporting on production, inventory and supplier performance.
• Analyze operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for revenue, cost and profitability analysis.
• Contribute to ERP, CRM and reporting systems integration and data standardization.
• Replace fragmented Excel reports with automated BI dashboards.
• Ensure consistency between ERP data and financial reporting.

Job Offer: Data Analyst

(Operations, Finance & Commercial)

Your Responsibilities:

Operations

• Support reporting on production, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Analyze operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring material flow and working processes.
• Support structured data collection across operational departments and consolidate operational data across entities into standardized reporting structures.

Finance

• Support P&L analysis and management reporting.
• Assist with budget and forecast tracking.
• Contribute to cost transparency and variance analysis.
• Support monitoring of working capital indicators.
• Ensure consistency between ERP data and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for revenue, cost and profitability analysis.

Commercial

• Support analysis of sales performance, order intake, and backlog.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline, order intake and forecast visibility.
• Monitor revenue and margin development.
• Improve CRM data quality and reporting consistency.
• Support pipeline tracking, gap-to-target analysis and forecast visibility.

Reporting & Systems

• Develop and maintain reporting models and dashboards (e.g., Power BI or similar tools.)
• Support integration of ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Contribute to reporting automation and data standardization.
• Replace fragmented Excel-based reporting with automated BI dashboards and structured data models.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Working understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP, Sage, etc.)
• Basic understanding of operational and financial processes.
• Structured, analytical, and proactive working style.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
