Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Data Analytics - Sales professional to turn insights into action, shaping sales strategies with data-driven solutions. You will work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and translate data into impactful recommendations.

You will distill complex data into clear insights, design visualizations, and contribute to data systems that support sales analytics, strengthening business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (math, statistics, CS)
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Experience communicating data insights clearly and compellingly

• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support sales analytics

Who you are

• A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a sales or marketing context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders
