Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to build lasting relationships with high-value clients and help them achieve their financial goals. You will tailor investment, insurance, and banking solutions while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

With at least 3 years in banking, you will combine strong communication, proactive sales skills, and deep product knowledge to grow your client base in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
