Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a dairy sourcing leader to drive the sourcing strategy and execution across AMEA, covering 30+ sites in 18 countries. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with CPRM, procurement and RDQ teams to deliver value, risk management and sustainable sourcing.

This role requires deep dairy market knowledge and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.

• The dairy sourcing Manager establishes the dairy sourcing strategy and lead the execution with excellence for meeting the business needs in a part of the 6 BUs in AMEA region including 30+ sites in 18 countries.
• Understand dairy global industry as well as local supply environment and work with CPRM team to build AC, establish dairy coverage strategy to manage commodity risk and P&L impact.
• Manage the complexity & challenges in term of high number of dairy specifications and different/complex suppliers in different markets to ensure optimal source of supply.
• Conduct the dairy contract negotiation, RFP or Auction to deliver AC and drive best quality & cost.
• Lead DIOH reduction for dairy spend area by close collaboration & coordination with other spend areas & supply planning team for AMEA region to achieve DIOH target.
• Build productivity roadmap to ensure productivity pipeline sufficiency and lead the execution by coordinating with local procurement and RDQ team.
• Manage supplier relationship & establish scorecards for supplier performance evaluation.
• Ensure supply security with best-in-class quality, service and BCP with full accountability to solve supply issue.
• Make sure legal contract is in place and the compliance with procurement policy
• Build sustainability roadmap for dairy in ANZ and India and support business needs on health & wellbeing
