Job summary

Danone is seeking a C&P DBS Support Specialist to drive efficient procurement operations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will support Source-to-Pay deployment, policy governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, value-driven sourcing and supplier management.

You will liaise with Procurement, DBS, Finance and P2P to optimize contracts, governance, and system use while contributing to transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing/SC/Shared Services.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and supplier management.
• Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP, Zycus) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work across functions and markets.

The C&P DBS Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering efficient and compliant procurement operations across Malaysia and Singapore. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, procurement systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a seamless and value-driven procurement experience.

• Support the deployment and execution of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Ensure procurement policy compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
• Act as the key liaison between Procurement, DBS, Finance, P2P, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Monitor and drive contract coverage and procurement compliance requirements.
• Support supplier management, onboarding, and governance activities.
• Promote adoption and effective use of procurement systems and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and procurement transformation programs.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, supplier management, and procurement compliance.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, Zycus, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively across functions and support stakeholders across multiple markets.
