Job summary

Danone’s C&P DBS Support Specialist role drives efficient procurement operations across Malaysia and Singapore, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, and system adoption.

You will help ensure procurement policy compliance, monitor contract coverage, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging S2P knowledge to deliver value across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement, sourcing, or shared services experience.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and supplier management.
• Experience with Coupa, SAP, Zycus, or similar procurement systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and execution of S2P processes across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Ensure procurement policy compliance and governance.
• Liaise between Procurement, DBS, Finance, P2P, and suppliers.
• Monitor contract coverage and procurement compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding and governance.

Job description

The C&P DBS Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering efficient and compliant procurement operations across Malaysia and Singapore. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, procurement systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a seamless and value-driven procurement experience.

• Support the deployment and execution of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Ensure procurement policy compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
• Act as the key liaison between Procurement, DBS, Finance, P2P, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Monitor and drive contract coverage and procurement compliance requirements.
• Support supplier management, onboarding, and governance activities.
• Promote adoption and effective use of procurement systems and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and procurement transformation programs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, supplier management, and procurement compliance.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, Zycus, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively across functions and support stakeholders across multiple markets.
