Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP) seeks a Head of Digital Technology & Security to lead the cybersecurity function across IT and OT, aligning governance, risk and resilience with the port's digitalisation efforts.

You will shape strategy, drive multi-year roadmaps and oversee policy, assurance and incident response at an executive level, ensuring robust security across complex, mission-critical environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, information technology or related discipline.
• 12–15 years of progressive cybersecurity/technology risk leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance framework and multi-year security roadmap.
• Oversee cybersecurity risks across IT, OT, cloud, applications, data and networks.
• Establish and govern policies, standards, risk registers and risk-acceptance processes.
• Lead GRC activities including audit assurance, remediation and third-party security assessments.
• Define security architecture and security-by-design requirements for major projects.
• Strengthen cyber resilience and incident preparedness, recovery capabilities and crisis response.
• Provide executive direction during major cybersecurity incidents.
• Monitor emerging threats relevant to ports, maritime, logistics and critical infrastructure.
