Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters seeks a Senior Manager to define and execute the organisation’s cybersecurity and IT infrastructure strategy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will lead governance, risk posture, and technology investments while overseeing networks, cloud platforms, data centres, and end-user technologies.

You will manage vulnerability programs, incident response, and liaison with regulators and auditors, with 10+ years in IT/cybersecurity and 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years IT/cybersecurity experience with leadership exposure.
• Fluent in English and Malay with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation’s cybersecurity and technology strategy.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and monitoring.
• Establish governance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior management and the Board on threats and risk posture.
• Lead planning for technology investments, budgets, and capex.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, cloud, data centres.
• Drive lifecycle management, upgrades, and vendor performance.
• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and resilience initiatives.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external agencies.
